No Returns on Customized Items

All customized and personalized orders are made to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on customized items once an order has been placed and production has begun.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
